Why the talk is inspiring?
Around the world, citizens are initiating actions to improve public urban space. These acts embody a political philosophy, an urban ideology, and a cultural trend in which literally anyone can be an agent of urban transformation. The movement is all the more relevant as the world’s population expands exponentially & cities continue to urbanize at astonishing rates.
The talks are held every Thursday, 8.00 p.m. at the National Art Gallery (NDG), Konstitucijos av. 22,Vilnius.
Entrance is free of charge.

An independent architecture critic and editor based inNew York. She is a contributing editor to Architect magazine and founding editor – in – chief of The Architect’s Newspaper. She is a curator of the project Spontaneous Interventions, which was exhibited in the U.S. Pavilion at the 13th International Venice Architecture Biennale (Fall 2012).
