Conceptual Estonian architects, partners of “3+1” architecture practice, in Lithuania are well known as creators of Estonian Embassy in Vilnius and Parnu Central Library. Since 1995 they teach in Estonian Academy of Arts. M.Kaasik was a jury member of exibition “Introspection 2005-2007” in Lithuania.
